In the event that Finlatics makes general education and/or continuing education webinars (“Webinars”) available to its users, the below applies in addition to the rest of these Terms. You understand and agree to receive communications from Finlatics and/or providers of the Webinars. Finlatics reserves the right at any time and for any reason and without notice to you, to change, modify, suspend, or cancel access to and/or any and all of the Webinars and/or services related to the Webinars, in whole or part.

• Continuing Education: Finlatics may offer continuing education Webinars that are not approved. Finlatics will identify which Webinars are approved for such credit on the landing page(s) for each Webinar. You agree that Finlatics may be required to share information regarding your participation in and/or completion of such certified program to the program provider in order for you to be eligible for and/or receive continuing education credits.
• General Education: Finlatics may offer Webinars that are for general education and are not approved for any credit by any professional or state/provincial/territorial board or organization or by any educational institution.

Webinars held by Finlatics any content and/or material provided in such Webinars is for information purpose only. Information may not be applicable for each state/province/territory and/or jurisdiction. Finlatics cannot guarantee that information provided in Webinars will be accurate, complete and/or current at all times. No representations or warranties are made by us with respect to the quality of the Webinar content, related materials or any instructor conducting these Webinars.

Online Educational Courses:

Finlatics through this Website offers online information courses, workshops, classes and other educational programs relating to the world of finance for a fee (“Course(s)”). For clarity, these Courses are included as a part of the Services offered by Finlatics. You may also be able to communicate with other fellow users taking the Courses. These Terms, including this section specifically governs your purchase, use and/or access to any of the Courses made available by Finlatics. You must login in to your account to sign up for a Course. You shall not transfer your account to any other person or use anyone else’s account. Finlatics uses third party services to provide the platform for the Courses as well as for payment processing and those third parties may have access to your information for the purpose of providing the Course Services.

Access to our Courses from certain territories may be prohibited. You agree that you will not violate any data export laws in connection with your purchase and/or viewing of the Courses if you reside outside India.

These Courses offered are solely for your information and education purpose only. Purchase of a Course only entitles you to view the Course, and is not a purchase of software or content included in the Course. Academic Credit: We are not an accredited educational institution. Your participation in, or completion of, any Course does not confer any academic credit.  On completion of any Course you may be awarded with the completion/participation certificate. However, such Certificate does not confer any academic credit. Such certificate is not affiliated with any college, university, company or other certifying institution.  Nothing in these Terms or otherwise through the Services or on our Website, would qualify you in enrolling in any educational institution or in any other courses offered by any such educational institution. In the event, where a accredited educational institution would provide any of their online courses, workshops and/or classes relating to the world of finance through this Website, in such an event, we would request you go through the terms and policies of such a accredited institution as you would be bound by the terms and policies of that accredited institution and that Finlatics makes no representation or warranties as to the quality of any courses, workshops and/or classes provided by the accredited educational institution.

Payment: Each of the Courses are offered for certain price as listed on the relevant landing page. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR). You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use and all payment method you use to purchase these Courses. You further agree that your payment method may go through our third party payment processor for any such payments. In the event of failure in your payment method, you shall not be able to enroll/participate in any of the Courses. We also reserve the right to terminate your access to our Services. For some payment methods, the issuer may also charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your payment method. Local tax charges may vary depending upon the payment method used. We recommend you to check with your provider for further details. Payment method means and include a current, valid, accepted method of payment as may be updated from time to time and which may include payment through your account with a third party.

Course Ownership: We and our licensors own all right, title and interest in and to the Course(s) and related materials. We and/or third party licensors either own or have all necessary rights in and to the content contained in any Course (e.g., lectures, video lessons, quizzes, presentation materials, assignments, images, text, displays, documents, audio and/or video clips, HTML, etc.). Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold Finlatics harmless from and against any claims arising out of or related to your use of the educational Service, including without limitation, for your violation of any law or regulation or if your use infringes or otherwise violates any intellectual property or other proprietary right of Finlatics or any person or entity.

Modification and/or Termination of Courses. We reserve the right to at any time, modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently any one of the Courses in whole or part. You agree that we are not liable to you or any third party for any such modifications, suspension, or termination of any or all Courses. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to obligate us to maintain and/or support any of the online Course services, in whole or part, during the term of these Terms or thereafter.

Refund: All payments made to Finlatics are non-refundable. However, if there the Course has been terminated, Finlatics shall refund the entire amount paid for such course subject to tax deductions upon such request made to Finlatics. In case, the Course has been modified a prior notice shall be given to you. In such an event, if you claim for a refund, 50% of the amount shall be refunded to you by Finlatics subject to tax deductions. In all other cases, no requests for such refund shall be entertained by Finlatics.  Contacting Finlatics through any other contact page, email or number for a refund request will not be deemed notice to Finlatics of such request.

Contests/Games/Quizzes:

Finlatics may organize certain contests, quizzes, games relating to the provided Services. We will offer certain prizes /certificates who are the best performers within our described parameters. However, you shall provide Finlatics with certain information in order to collect prizes. You shall be responsible for any such information you provide. You hereby waive any claim you may have against Finlatics in connection with prizes. Distribution of prizes will be at sole discretion of Finlatics team and its sponsoring partners. Prizes can be revoked at any time without prior intimation. In certain cases, of contests, quizzes, games and other similar related activities may be carried out by Finlatics in sponsorship with a third party (“sponsoring partner”).

Broker Reviews:

Finlatics may make available reviews of online brokers. However, such reviews are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that such reviews are going to be accurate, complete and/or current.  We make no representations or warranties regarding the quality of reviews.

Finlatics reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate Your registration in the event You do not login to the Website for a continuous period of 6 (six) months. In the event, You desire to terminate your membership or registration with Finlatics, you may do so by visiting your account settings. Please note that although you may cancel the membership at any given point of time, once the necessary amount is paid such amount will not be refunded even if the membership is cancelled.

Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Mumbai. You hereby irrevocably waive any objection to jurisdiction and venue of any action instituted hereunder and shall not assert any defense based on lack of jurisdiction or venue.

These Terms, Privacy Policy and any Additional Terms (as amended from time to time) shall constitute the entire agreement that would govern your use of the Website and any part thereof and shall supersede any prior agreements or understanding between you and Finlatics with respect to these Terms. Finlatics reserves the right to add, alter, amend, modify these Terms at any time and shall notify you about such updated Terms. You agree that your continued use of the Website shall constitute your acceptance of such updated Terms.

Finlatics may transfer its rights and obligations under the Terms of Use at any time without notice. Any failure of Finlatics to exercise any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. In the event, if any part of these Terms of Use is found by any court or other authority or competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions shall remain unaffected and in force.

Your acceptance of these Terms shall not be construed to create an association, agency, joint venture, partnership or employer-employee relationship between you and Finlatics or to impose any liability attributable to such a relationship upon either party. Any notice given under this shall be in writing and may be emailed to the party specified in this Agreement or such other address as may be notified under this Agreement by that party from time to time.
